Digital media platforms
Streaming, publishing, and interactive media — the products real audiences live in, kept running without flinching.
AND Media is newly established and will operate digital media products — apps, communities, content systems — and keeps them fast, alive, and growing. We don't engineer them in a vacuum: we partner with great engineering teams, and own the harder part — running the platform brilliantly, every day.
How we work
Engineering is a partnership. Operating is our domain.
Most studios build, launch, and leave — and call the launch a success. We start measuring there. The number we care about isn't who showed up on day one; it's who's still here in week four, and year three. We partner with engineering teams to build the technology, then run the platform against the metrics that decide whether it lasts: retention, latency, churn, cost-to-serve.
Six disciplines, one operating mindset. We bring them together to run platforms that don't just launch well — they hold their numbers, retention to revenue, for years after.
Streaming, publishing, and interactive media — the products real audiences live in, kept running without flinching.
Tools that let creators publish with ease, members feel they belong, and communities largely run themselves.
Pipelines, headless CMS, and media delivery that turn raw content into something fast, searchable, and everywhere at once.
Accessible, production-grade web apps — the responsive, dependable kind that people forget are software.
Subscriptions, payments, and the retention loops that turn a first visit into a habit — and attention into revenue that compounds.
Clear decisions about what to build, what to skip, and what's worth operating for the long run.
A platform is a living thing. We plan for the day after launch as carefully as the launch itself — because that's where the audience actually shows up.
Launch-day numbers flatter everyone. We optimise for the one metric that compounds: whether people come back — day two, week four, year three.
Observability, runbooks, and graceful failure are designed in from the start — not bolted on after something breaks.
We hold the platform to the moments users actually feel — and to the slow connections, not just the fast ones.
Every platform we run is accountable to real numbers, not vanity dashboards. We instrument honestly, alert on what users actually feel, and let the metrics settle the argument.
We're not engineers, and we don't pretend to be. We partner with teams who are — and bring the operating discipline that makes their work pay off.
Engineering is a partnership; operating is ours to own. Uptime, experience, and the daily calls never get handed off.
The numbers we run to
Monthly active users — the audience that actually shows up. We grow it on purpose and watch the trend, not the screenshot.
Customer retention — whether they're still here in week four and year three. The only growth that compounds.
Mean time to resolution — when something breaks, the clock that matters is how fast a real human puts it right.
Largest Contentful Paint — the main content lands fast, even on a mid-range phone on a bad connection.
Load time at the 95th percentile — measured where your users actually are, slow connections included.
Core Web Vitals — green across LCP, INP, and CLS, measured on real devices in the field, not in a lab.
We started AND Media in 2026, out of a simple frustration: most teams build a platform and disappear. We wanted the harder, more rewarding work of keeping platforms alive for years. From our base in Zug, we run a focused portfolio of media products — in partnership with the engineering teams who build them.
